Studio Suites exude style and space; these open-plan suites feature a large lounge area, custom-made for relaxation or entertaining. Conferencing
The Westcliff is fully equipped to handle incentive and business groups, board meetings and special events. A self-contained, multi-tiered conference centre with its own state-of-the-art kitchen complements the superb banqueting facilities of the hotel. The Conference Centre has been tactically poised next to the hotel's Business Wing, where visiting conference delegates can access the executive services provided by the fully-equipped Business Centre. Barrel-vaulted ceilings, columned spaces and dramatic double-height windows ensconce the brilliance of The Ballroom, which also highlights a striking fireplace and leads out onto a wide alfresco balcony terrace overlooking Forest Town and Parktown Ridge.
In addition to the function rooms in the hotel; the conference centre, Jacaranda Hill, has been designed to accommodate an executive conference or gala dinner for 150 people, a directors' board meeting or an intimate dinner for 10. Two of the four rooms may also be used as private dining rooms, accommodating up to 20 people, with spectacular views across the elevated pool deck. The terrace and pool deck also provide a unique venue for informal cocktail functions.
A fine dining soiree tailored to the specific needs of the individual can be enjoyed in one of The Westcliff's three private dining rooms, all of which enjoy complete privacy. The Orient Room, with its round boardroom table and glorious views, is ideal for up to 10 guests. The Lutyens Room with its 20-seater fixed, rectangular boardroom table is ideal for meetings as well as breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The larger Sir Herbert Baker Suite is suitable for a variety of requirements, including dining and cocktail receptions for up to 80 people.
