This revamped Sun City classic is residence to 243 plush bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 3 swimming pools, health spa and gym, aviary, jogging trails, squash, spinning studio, 11 tennis courts, conference facilities, parking and golf course as well as the entire splendour Sun City complex has to offer.
Each of the 243 bedrooms including 4 deluxe suites, emanate a truly flourishing tropical theme and are divided as follows:

All rooms look out on the tropical magnificence of the Cascades precincts, sparkling pools or the Gary Player Golf Course. The majority of Luxury rooms and all suites have jet baths, and the Presidential Suite offers a jacuzzi. The Garden Suite offers a private pool and garden area. The four deluxe suites at The Cascades offer one, two and three bedroom options with dining facilities for up to eight people.

The sophisticated Peninsula Restaurant, beautifully poised overlooking the lake and tropical Eden surrounding the Cascades Hotel, serves an extensive English and Continental breakfast buffet daily. In the evening the ambience is both intimate and alluring offering an international a la carte and buffet menu with a number of local specialities. The Mediterranean-style Santorini Restaurant offers an all-season enclave, serving the finest in Greek cuisine whilst customary music reflects the Greek ambience and traditions. One can always stop in at the Cascades Pool Deck Area to enjoy a light meal abating that peckish feeling. Vista's terrace bar is open seven days a week, offering a wonderful view of the gardens and waterscapes with the option of taking in a light lunch.
Conferencing
The Cascades Hotel does not host its own conference facilities, however due to its central location, provides access to The Entertainment Centre Convention Centre and the famed Hall of Treasures and Exhibition Centre.
Group and Conference Delegates have access to the following Services:
- Business Centre (situated on the lower level of the Entertainment Centre)
- Secretarial and general services (including transcription/Dictaphone, word processing, editing and printing)
- Communication services
- Desktop publishing
**** Where groups have 10 rooms or more on the resort, the conference room, office or breakaway room is complimentary and a lunch/dinner Venue is also provided free of charge, with exception of special venues. With the exception of and office or one breakaway room, any Additional rooms required for exhibitions, offices, storage, press and hospitality areas will be charged at standard room hire rates.
