Three Bedroom Suites
Ideal for groups traveling together. All of the rooms are en-suite and there is a separate kitchen and living area. The considerably sized balcony is ideal to view the yachts and activities of the harbour.

Conferencing
BOARDROOM
Conveniently located on the ground floor, close to Reception, the Boardroom has double French doors opening to a terrace with views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain and the yacht marina. This facility is ideally suited to small, intimate gatherings and successfully serves as a meeting and/or private dining venue.
It is rectangular in shape with a fixed centre table and can accommodate up to 14 people; with full presentation equipment set up, seating is reduced to 12 people.

The Meeting Room
On the ground floor the Communication Centre can be found which has a private meeting room for small groups of 6 and less.

CONSERVATORY
The Conservatory is a light-filled and airy venue is situated in a glass-enclosed section, overlooking the pool terrace and surrounded by greenery. The venue accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated function and 60 for a cocktail party.
