Wild Coast Pool

Conference delegates and conference visitors will enjoy the excellent standard of cuisine that is provided by the twelve bars and restaurants at the resort. Other facilities and services that will keep the conference delegate occupied include the following:

  • The Beauty Salon – The Salon provides a wide range of beauty treatments, pedicures, facials and massages, as well as a  spa-bath and sauna.
  • Chico’s Buffet – Open daily for breakfast and Dinner. The dinner buffet has a selection of carveries, curries, salads, stirfry, casseroles, pizzas, grilled fresh linefish.
  • Driftwood Terrace – Positioned adjacent to the pool deck, the Terrace is ideal for light, alfresco lunched served daily, weather permitting.
  • Magic Food Walk – Found in the Aloha Village, this is for a fast food meal, pizza or cool drink.
  • Squires Loft – Conveniently situated in the casino, this restaurant has an has a la Carte menu and boasts an exotically stocked aquarium. The restaurant enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
  • Fishmonger – Also in the Aloha Village, as the name suggests specialise in Seafood dishes with al la Carte menu.
  • Surfers – Located next to the pool deck and driftwood restaurant, Surfers offers a selection of ice creams, cakes, waffles and toasted sandwiches.
  • Country Club – Enjoy your light snack or drink whilst taking in the commanding views of the championship course.


Wild Coast Business
The Wild Coast Sun Conference Centre South Africa provides a great variety of  venues  used for anything from a boardroom meeting for 20 delegates, to conferences for as many as 680 delegates.
The Convention Centre at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel consists of 11 venues, two pre assembly areas, a vast lawn area and the 680 seater auditorium.
Tropical Nites Auditorium – This 680 seater conference venue is designed to allow for a multitude of specialised events. Tropical Nites has been used for events such as international conventions product launches, theatrical presentations, fashion shows and dance shows.
Venues – All of the rooms have air conditioning and are equipped with wall to wall carpeting and independently controlled light switches and dimmers and telephones. All of the divider walls are soundproofed. The Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Resort has all the necessary PA, sound and AV equipment to run a successful conference.
Should specialised equipment be required, this can be hired on behalf of the conference.
Additional venues on the Wild Coast Sun South Africa complex are utilised for conference groups in order to allow for additional variation and to allow the conference guests the opportunity to make full use of the resort.

The conference centre is supported by an excellent team of highly experienced, professional technicians and conference co-ordinators.

Kingfisher Ballroom (A&B) – This conference venue can be divided if required and is also suitable for banquets and cocktail parties. The conference venue has facilities for the hanging of both lighting and backdrops, making this an ideal venue for theme evenings.

Egret 1 –5 – This conference venue has numerous division configurations and is ideal for a variety of events ranging from conferences to breakaways or dinners.

Wagtail/Hornbill/Sunbird (8, 9 & 10) – This venue is quite small and but has lots of natural light, having full length windows along the sea facing wall. This venue is utilised for most conference and banquet related events ranging from small dinners to boardroom type conference.

Conference Facilities

The standard conferencing equipment provided by the resort for each venue are as follows:

·         PA system and line mic
·         Flipchart and pens

Additional conference equipment listed below is available and is charged accordingly:

·   video/data projectors,
·   radio microphones
·   lapel microphones
·   multi national video machines

Specialised conferencing ,  such as effects moving/intelligent lighting. Video recording and certain audio editing can also be arranged. Prior arrangement is essential. The Banqueting department can also provide faxing and photocopying services, menu printing and flower arrangements.
